James Mclain asked:

Muscle growth workouts are different from just a regular ‘workout’ because you main focus is to build and grow the maximum amount of muscle you can in the shortest period of time. This means focusing on just the important parts of going from skinny to muscular and leaving all the other dross behind because you want to get ripped don’t you?

First up you have to lose your misconceptions of how to workout based on the second hand advice of those who really do not know what they are doing. You also should be wary of advice from guys who obviously have superior genetics in the muscle building department who may not know what it is like to be a hard gainer.

For example:

Have you heard some guys heading to the gym every day to work on one muscle group? Monday arms, Tuesday chest, Wednesday legs and so on? This is a load of rubbish as overworking a muscle group does not get better results as there is a limit to how much muscle can be grown on a body part and importantly there is a point where your muscles growth has been activated to the fullest potential and continuing to lift does nothing but possibly injure yourself!

So let’s get the facts straight about muscle growth workouts!

someoneoutthereishere asked:

I was recently prescribed darvocet and Soma for a chronic muscle pain condition. I used to take 4 per day, the max daily recommended dose. But when I saw my doctor he said that if needed I could take up to 6.

I looked online and in the literature and info out there, it says that the max dose per day of Soma [Carisoprodol] is 4.

My muscles really hurt bad and would like to take more if it is safe. But obviously don’t want to kill myself and realize that sometimes doctors mess up. I called the pharmacy and they just say follow your dr’s orders, so not much help.

I was wondering if anyone has experience with soma and if so, if you’ve ever taken or been prescribed more than 4 per day? Or even better, hopefully a nurse or doctor on here if that’s not hoping too much. thanks again everyone. i’ve posted a lot of questions lately and have gotten so many great and helpful answers.
The only reason i am questioning the doctor’s order is because the prescription has been being filled for over a year on refills, so the prescription instructions are the same on the bottle [take 4 a day as needed for pain].

but he verbally told me otherwise. and doctors are human and make mistakes. they are busy and may have made a mistake. i was hoping to hear from someone that has taken it, or knows otherwise.

also, i tried calling the doctor this morning but he is on vacation for 2 weeks.

Fioricet, Tramadol, Ultracet at the cheapest prices

Miss Lace asked:

I have been taking a low dose of flexeril for about a month and most times it works great…but sometimes, I have one heck of a night! Literally tossing and turning all night and my muscles feel tight and restless all over (last night was one of those nights). I do take simply sleep or benadryl with it most nights and have noticed when I only take one it seems fine but two benadryls or simply sleeps it seems to make my muscles feel tight but I don’t know what to do because I need simply sleep to sleep most nights…I am not even sure if that is the cause of the reverse effect but it does seem to have a pattern.

Taking Fioricet
