Ideas needed for dealing with the fatigue of Fibromyalgia?

I’ve been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia since 2002. While the pain of it comes and goes, my bigger problem is the fatigue. I’m always exhausted and can’t get my day started no matter how much I try.

I’m uninsured, so I’m not currently seeing a doctor for this condition. Any serious suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your time.

What else can I do to help calm my Fibromyalgia flare ups?

I am 19 and I am already taking Lortab, Topamax, Flexeril, and Savella. I started swimming at my gym with a personal trainer that has her masters in sports medicine. I have had 16 surgeries and am scheduled for my 17th next week. Please if you have Fibromyalgia or are a doctor and know other things I could be trying I am willing to give anything a shot!!!
