if having problems sleeping , what do you do to get relaxed for a better night’s sleep ?

    i meditate and if that doesn’t work i exercise until i’m exhausted then i put on a thunderstorm cd and sleep like a lamb

    Take a lukewarm bath. It’s supposed to really relax your body so you can sleep better. Also have a routine for when you go to bed.

    what i do is i get on my computer in the complete dark and get on a game,
    this helps me because my eyes are used to the dark and the brightness helps my eyes tire.
    also trying to focus on the game when your in the dark and eyes tired it will make you sleepy.
    I belive this helps me,
