Isabella123,
Unfortunately, at this time, there is no specific test that can be used to diagnose fibromyalgia. The symptoms that you describe are not, of themselves, a definitive indication of fibromyalgia. The syndrome is usually diagnosed by documenting the patient’s medical history, ruling out disorders and diseases that may be mimicking or exacerbating fibromyalgia. The syndrome is diagnosed using certain criteria which include – a history of widespread chronic pain for at least three months in all four body quadrants – right and left upper body and right and left lower body; pain in the axial skeleton (cervical, down the spine, and/or in the chest); and pain in 11 of 18 tender points, as measured by palpation using a 4 kg (9 pound) force. The test must be performed by a trained professional. Laboratory tests can be useful to help diagnose conditions with symptoms similar to fibromyalgia and to identify disorders that may be coexisting with fibromyalgia, such as rheumatoid arthritis, Sjögren’s syndrome, thyroid disease, and lupus. It is not usually cost effective or necessary to do extensive screening. It is obviously not prudent to outline the various tests to exclude those conditions at this time. I shall add a link below which, whilst UK related, may be of assistance to you even if you are not resident in the UK.

It is extremely important to obtain an accurate diagnosis before trying to find a cure. Many diseases and conditions share common symptoms.
The information provided here should not be used during any medical emergency or for the diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. A licensed physician should be consulted for diagnosis and treatment of any and all medical conditions.

yes, but it also sounds liek many otehr conditions…i really hate it when people jump to the Fibro diagnosis–
i am guessing you haven’t botehred to research since you don’t knwo how its diagnosed—how can you start guessing it might be fibro when you haven’t researched much?
you need blood and imaging tetss to rule out other conditions 1st…and if tehya re negative–a competant doc assess tenderpoingts
be aware that fibro is highly overdiagnosed by incompetant docs that label any pain as fibro–it is NOT a general term for pain
