I have no doubt that a lawyer will take your case, we have loads of ambulance chasers in our profession, but all you are going to get is your out of pocket expenses for your doctor bills and possibly loss of earnings. It will take for ever to get the claim settled, that is just the way its done. By the time you get paid, if in fact you do, you will have forgotten what the claim was for. If the store attorney gets back to you, give him the bills and hope he will pay it. I know its not what you want to hear but I have told you like it is. We turn away these sort of claims every week because the time spent on them is not Worth it. Negotiate with the store lawyer yourself and insist that they pay all your expenses that you have actually incurred.
