i always find that a hot bath, hot cup of chamomile tea, and heating pads work great. try tylenol or midol (ive never use midol but i hear it works great )

No muscle relaxers. Try ibuprofen, aspirin, or midol.

    Take a hot bath.

Try putting a heating pad on your back and tummy for 15 minutes at a time. It really helps… especially with cramps.

If you’re having really painful cramps monthly, you may consider going to your doctor. Taking the birth control pill really helps keep cramps under control. I used to miss school 1-2 days a month because my cramps were so bad… I would just lay in bed all day and even throw up from the pain. Now I have no problems at all.

I hope you feel better! I know how awful cramps can be.

I think Excedrin works good. They say medicines with caffeine work for PMS symptoms. Keep the medicine in your system, like every eight hours or whatever the instructions says. Also crunches help prevent cramps. When you feel them coming do some crunches.

Try a heating pad for your back.

Hot tub of water…as hot as you can stand, some iboprophen, and a heating pad. usually, after i get out of the hot bath, it feels good to be cool, and then it feels better to put a heating pad on my lower back.

for the backache get some patch. take ibuprofen or Motrin b (3) its ibuprofen but works faster. when u star your period after your breakfast take the pill so it would help prevent the cramps. never take aspirin cus it will make your period heavier

pain killers. Midol is just ibuprofen. So, to save yourself the expense of paying for brandname Midol, Ibuprofen works just fine. drink warm chammomile tea for the cramps. Blood flow reduces cramping so try exercising. avoid caffeine, which tends to make cramps worse.
