    You need a Chiropractic Doctor.

    Fibromyalgia is a mysterious and complex disorder for which there is no cure. Chiropractic treatment has helped many people by reducing fibromyalgia symptoms and improving quality of life.

    symptoms of Fibromyalgia:

    People with FMS frequently hurt all over and feel exhausted all the time. Those symptoms often force you to seriously limit your physical activity. It’s also common to have problems concentrating and remembering things. A lot of people with FMS have symptoms so severe that they have to quit or modify their jobs.

    Because FMS is frequently misunderstood, family, friends, co-workers and even medical providers may not believe the person is actually sick. A proper diagnosis often takes months.

    Adding to these considerable frustrations, it can be difficult or impossible to qualify for Social Security Disability benefits. That’s in large part because it used to be commonplace for doctors to mislabel any chronic pain of unknown origin as FMS, and the diagnosis is still misused somewhat today.

    Keep in mind that the signs and symptoms vary widely from one person to another. Some people have only a few, while others have many. The intensity of symptoms is different in everyone as well, ranging from mildly annoying to highly debilitating.

    Common symptoms of fibromyalgia:

    * Widespread pain
    * Chest pain
    * Morning stiffness
    * Fatigue
    * Sleep disorders
    * Anxiety
    * Cognitive or memory impairment (“Fibrofog”)
    * Depression
    * Abdominal complaints

    IT IS HARD HAVING FIBROMYALGIA, BECAUSE YOU CAN HAVE ALL KINDS OF SYMPTONS (ACHES & PAINS) AND SOME DRS. DON’T KNOW WHAT OR HOW TO TREAT IT. I TAKE LRYCIA, BUT I HAS ALOT OF SIDE EFFECTS. DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE ANY IDEAS???

    fibromylagia does not cause arthritis

    there is NO INFLAMMATION iwth fibro

    fibro pain is widespread–all over your body–other symtpoms include memroy issues, fatigue, numbness, etc. there are areas of your body when pressed are EXTREMELY painful

    rheumatologits are the specialist of record–but it is really aneuro problem

    most docs–including most rheumatologists are incompetant whenit comes to diagnosing fms–many label any pain from normal lifestyle or anotehr condition as fibro–when it isn’t

    FMS is not a spinal disorder–therefor a chiropractor can not help real fibro–only secondary problems–watch out for refernces to fibrofix–that is quackery

    while some info on fibrofix is accurate–it is not really about fibro–the person was misdiagnosed and did not actually have fibro–and refuses to consider it
