It is unlikely, I mean, unless it contains traces of any illegal substance, she wwont have to explain anything, so she’s fine. Just avoid poppy seeds or tell them she ate something with poppy seeds in it if she does, they show up for traces of opium.

Jeez. What a predicament. Usually urine drug tests check for amphetamines, opiates, THC (Marijuana), Barbituates and cocaine.
Assuming that your pill in question was meant to control pain, I would also assume that it is an opiate.
Opiates take 2-4 days to flush clean of urine detectors.
It would be likely that it would show up.
However since her husband has the prescription, it’s easily explainable. I don’t think she will get in trouble. Just a mix up.

drug tests screen for “drugs of abuse”, so it’s unlikely they would be looking for carisoprodol. i think this is generally viewed as a sedative.

she has nothing to worry about.
if for some reason anything was to show up, she can argue it and they will mandate that she have another test taken within a certain period of time. most likely with her doctor.
but tell her not to worry, it looks like nothing serious.
